‘Ethereal’
This original oddity art piece is the FIRST ever collaboration of Candy and her best friend Monique (Mo), owner and operator behind Forbidden Fruit (@444biddenfruit on Instagram). Candy used her Pyrography tool to burn the cicada, mushrooms, and stars over her freehanded sketch on this beautiful coyote skull, collected from Hereafter, an oddity shop in Denton. Then she used archival acrylic paints to paint the design, and sealed the art with varnish. Then Candy handed the skull over to Mo, who then used her skills and expertise to intuitively mount and place it with the moss, dried florals, crystals, and mushrooms foraged from Candy’s yard. This piece is so special since it’s the first of its kind, and holds a beautiful, high vibrational energy. It comes with a sawtooth hanger on the back of the 12 inch by 9 inch plaque for easy hanging. It will be packed with lots of love and care for shipping. When unboxing, please do so with care to be sure not to disrupt the dried botanicals!
